Arkansas edge rusher Quincy Rhodes Jr. is entering the 2026 season with a clear mission: expand his role and prove he can be a disruptive force for the Razorbacks. After showing flashes of potential in limited snaps, the pass rusher is now focused on becoming a more complete player ahead of the 2027 NFL Draft.

At 6-foot-6 and 260 pounds, Rhodes already has the frame that scouts look for in a pro edge defender. His length and initial burst off the line give him an advantage against slower tackles, but consistency has been the issue. Last season, he recorded four sacks and seven tackles for loss, numbers that need to climb if he wants to be a top prospect.

The Razorbacks coaching staff has emphasized the need for Rhodes to improve his run defense and hand technique. He has the raw power to set the edge, but too often he gets washed out of plays when offensive linemen get into his chest. If he can refine his pass rush moves and stay disciplined against the run, he could become a first-round candidate.
